Ventura, Calif. – The Ventura County Area Agency on Aging is the recipient of two National Mature Media Awards for video production. The videos, titled Remembering Ventura County’s Veterans and Ventura County Elder Abuse Call to Action, were recognized as being among the nation’s best marketing, communications, educational materials, and programs produced for older adults.

Remembering Ventura County’s Veterans, which won a bronze award, was produced in partnership with the Ventura County Veterans Services Offices to recognize the region’s military veterans and to bring attention to the services offered to that population through the County of Ventura.
