All VCAAA contractors and vendors are considered VCAAA Partners in the delivery of services and programs to Ventura County’s older population and their family caregivers. VCAAA issues two types of contracts:
1. Vendor (to provide services on demand)
2. Contractor or “Grantee” (to provide grant-funded services typically specified in a request for proposal)

» Client Intake Forms
The VCAAA has moved to Bonfire Interactive for procurement services. Bonfire Interactive is a web-based procurement portal that allows you to receive notifications of business opportunities (RFPs, RFQs, Bid Requests, etc.) and submit proposals and bids electronically.
If you are interested in partnering with the VCAAA in providing services, please register your business in the County of Ventura Bonfire portal at ventura.bonfirehub.com. Registration is free and easy. When creating your vendor profile, please select the 95200 HUMAN SERVICES NIGP Commodity Code, as well as other codes that match your business type, to be notified of business opportunities as they are released.
