VCAAA aims to enable all older persons to obtain services that promote and maintain the optimum level of functioning in the least restrictive setting possible. In addition to providing a number of direct programs, we also develop, enhance and maintain community-based systems of care that provide services, which support independence and protect the quality of life of older persons and persons with functional impairments.
